Lori Shupe has been with Indoor Climate Research & Training (ICRT) since January 2013 and has since become its training center manager and curriculum developer. She manages all aspects of the training center, which include continuous educational programs improvement, succession planning, coaching, accreditation, planning and supervising ICRT’s physical expansions, selecting and overseeing a learning management system (LMS), managing a multi-million dollar budget, and monitoring learning outcomes. She also provides human factor support to research studies.
Lori has developed an extensive business background with an emphasis on customer service and human development, which works well in support of ICRT’s mission and vision. Lori received her EdM in Human Resource Education (HRE) from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and her BBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the University of Iowa. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the American Management Association (AMA).
